1. Agreement to terms

By creating an account or using Tenetza (the website, dashboard, and rent agreement generator), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Tenetza.

2. What Tenetza is

Tenetza is a property and rental management tool for landlords in India. It lets you track properties, tenants, and rent payments, and generate rent agreement drafts. Some features are available without an account; saving your data requires creating a free account.

3. Your account

• You must provide an accurate email address and keep your password secure.
• You're responsible for everything that happens under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
• You can delete your account at any time from your Account page. This permanently removes your data and can't be undone.

4. The rent agreement generator — important disclaimer

The agreements generated by Tenetza are generic drafts, not legal advice. Rental law varies by state and situation. For high-value tenancies, unusual terms, or any dispute, consult a qualified advocate before relying on a generated agreement. Tenetza is not a law firm and does not review individual agreements for legal sufficiency, stamping, or registration requirements in your state.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Tenetza for anything illegal, fraudulent, or harmful to others.
• Enter another person's personal data without a legitimate reason to manage that tenancy.
• Attempt to access another user's account or data, or interfere with the normal operation of the service.
• Use automated tools to scrape, spam, or abuse our forms or sign-up flow.

6. Pricing

Current pricing is shown on our pricing page. Where paid plans are offered, specific billing terms (payment method, renewal, refunds) will be presented at the time of purchase.

7. Your content

You own the property, tenant, and agreement data you enter into Tenetza. We don't claim ownership over it — we store and display it back to you, and you can export or delete it at any time.

8. Service availability

We aim to keep Tenetza available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where possible.

9. Limitation of liability

Tenetza is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including disputes between landlords and tenants arising from a generated agreement.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using Tenetza and delete your account at any time.

11. Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Tamil Nadu.
